Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing (SE™) aims to resolve symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies and nervous systems. Trauma, from an SE lens, is focused on how it shows up in the nervous system and how that dysregulation impacts life. When we are stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, SE helps us release, recover, and become more resilient. It is a body-oriented therapeutic model applied in multiple professions and professional settings—psychotherapy, medicine, coaching, teaching, and physical therapy—for healing trauma and other stress disorders from a nervous system lens within a practitioner’s scope of practice.
The SE approach releases traumatic shock, which is key to transforming patterns that get stuck and impact people’s daily life. It can be used to support the resolution of PTSD and developmental attachment trauma. It offers a framework to assess where a person is “stuck” in the fight, flight or freeze responses and provides clinical tools to resolve these fixated physiological states.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy integrates traditional yogic ideas and practices with western treatment knowledge. The goal is to address and treat the client as a whole being and address any myriad of psychological or somatic issues. The practice allows the client to work towards a state of balance and ease through movement, meditation and breathwork practices. These practices invite awareness, change and growth.
The Safe and Sound Protocol
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a powerful and innovative evidence-based listening therapy that helps your nervous system recalibrate and resource. SSP helps with anxiety, stress reduction, depression, trauma, and much more.
The music of the SSP has been specially filtered to highlight frequencies of sound that typically make us feel safe. These types of frequencies can be found in everyday sounds, such as; talking, laughter, water flowing, musical instruments, wind, leaves rustling. and a calm soothing human voice.
Life Coaching
Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps people identify and achieve their goals, and overcome challenges along the way. A life coach is a wellness professional who uses their training and experience to help clients in many areas of life, including:
