Sessions:

Sessions are 50 minutes and frequency will be determined during intake. Currently all sessions (Therapy, Coaching, and Somatic Experiencing) are provided remotely via a protected web service. Sometimes a longer session is helpful, and we can coordinate that as needed. Typically therapy sessions are once a week.  

Home-Based Sessions - I offer home-based sessions. These sessions are available on a limited basis and require additional assessment.  If you are interested in having your sessions in your home, please let me know.

Rates:

Individual - $150 per 50min session

Couples - $175 per 50min session

Home-Based sessions - Rates vary, further discussion is required.

Payment & Insurance:

I do not accept insurance at this time. I can provide a Superbill to submit to your insurance if you request one. Some FSA accounts can be used to pay for sessions. Please confirm this with your insurance company prior to session.

Payment is due at the time of session.  I accept credit or debit cards and some FSA debit cards.
