In my practice, I prioritize creating a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My eclectic approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, with the goal being to empower you in your path towards healing and growth. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we will work together to cultivate resilience and foster positive change.

A bit about what we will do together:

Throughout our lives we will experience a wide range of emotions, joys, and challenges. These experiences are unique when we look at them through our individual lens, often making us feel unheard, alone, and overwhelmed.  That can change. I recognize that you are a whole being - body and mind. I appreciate that sometimes there are literally no words to describe what we are experiencing. Through the process we work on together, we will not only address the thoughts in your mind, but also the memories, experiences and emotions that are held in your body. Through a variety of methods and collaborative treatment measures, you will have the invitation to develop life-changing habits that tap into your innate resiliency and strength.  Our sessions are designed to support you as you develop effective tools to help you move towards a greater sense of agency, balance, and expansive capacity to live the life you want with richer, more fulfilling relationships.






Office Hours:  Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
